A1 Airport Transfers Conditions of Travel

• Passengers are advised to purchase travel insurance to cover protection against loss, damage, cancellation and unforeseen delays
  
• Our company accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss of luggage or personal items
  
• Passengers must be ready 5 minutes prior to pick up time
  
• Cancellation refunds: Over 24 hours $5.00 fee. Less than 24 hours or failure to board - Nil Refund
   
• A1 Airport Transfers will not be responsible for unavoidable delays, however, all endeavours will be made to overcome the situation
   
• Consumption of alcohol. drugs or smoking is Not permitted on the bus.
